Are We A Good Fit For You | What A Partnership Looks Like About Integrity Business

Are we A Good Fit For You?

Who do you work with?

We work with small to mid-sized service-based businesses — including local offices, trades, nonprofits, and community-focused organizations — that want to use technology to grow and serve better.

Who is not a good fit for Integrity Business?

We may not be the right fit if you prefer to manage your own technology, want one-time fixes, or expect unmanaged DIY solutions.

How would your service not be a good fit for me?

If you're looking for short-term help, want full control over every technical detail, or prefer to work without a long-term plan, our managed approach may not be what you're looking for.

What Does A Partnership Look Like?

Can I start with just one service, or do I have to sign up for everything?

You can start with any service — Managed IT, Copiers & Printers, Mailing & Postage, VoIP Phones, or Managed Web Services — and add more as your needs grow.

What’s the Partners Plus Discount?

It’s our way of rewarding long-term partnerships. As you add services, you receive discounted pricing on each additional service.

Are there any contracts, or is it just month to month?

Some services, like Managed IT Services, are structured as long-term contracts (e.g., 36 months) to support ongoing growth and performance. Others may offer more flexible terms depending on your needs.

Do I have to buy equipment or are there leasing options?

There are leasing options for most equipment purchases. You do have the option to simply purchase the equipment. If you choose to purchase equipment directly from a vendor, we can give you guidelines to follow. However, we highly encourage you to let us handle any large or complex equipment purchases.

How is Integrity Business different from an IT company that just fixes things when I call?

We’re proactive, not reactive. We monitor, manage, and plan ahead — so you avoid problems instead of waiting for them to happen.

What happens after I sign up?

We guide you through onboarding, set up your services, and stay involved with regular check-ins and support.

Do I have to manage anything myself?

No. We fully manage your services — from your website and email to your printers and phones — so you can focus on your business. If you have someone on your team that you would like for us to work with, we can talk about what that may look like.
